Main ingredients and functions of tea

Promotes fat burning and suppresses cholesterol absorption. Antioxidant, bactericidal, antiviral, and antiallergic effects have also been confirmed.

Relaxing effects

Expect a relaxing effect that helps improve sleep quality, promotes ammonia metabolism, effectively reduces fatigue, and makes you feel refreshed.

Maintaining health

You can easily take in nutrients that the body cannot produce itself, such as minerals that play an important role in biological regulation and vitamin C that is necessary for collagen production.

Catechin, which is the main component of the astringency of green tea, is a type of polyphenol which is said to have an effect in lowering blood pressure. It also has the effect of reducing LDL cholesterol and the antioxidant effect of suppressing lipid peroxidation.

Caffeine has a diuretic effect that is effective in relieving swelling and a wakefulness effect that helps refresh the mood. In addition, by taking caffeine before exercising, fat is used as energy before the nutrient source in muscle, which leads to fat burning and improved endurance.

Amino acids

In addition to theanine, tea contains multiple amino acids that contribute to its taste including glutamic acid and aspartic acid. The complex and deep taste of tea is determined by these amino acids.

Tea contains various minerals that the body cannot produce itself such as potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, and iron.

The vitamin C contained in tea is heat-resistant and will not break down even when extracted with boiling water. As vitamin C is consumed by the body when fighting stress, it is a good idea to have a cup of tea when taking a break from work or housework.
